Riverclack
A state-of-the-art roofing which does not require drilling of the roof tin. Water-proof at the slopes of more than 0,4 - 0,6 %, easy to move on, wind, snow and rain resistant, applicable to all kinds of roof surface, applied to aluminium, copper and stainless steel in desired colour.
Draining joint
This revolutionary patented system really proides waterproofness of the surface. Joint gutters are characterized by their conical shape and a draining duct which form a rising section pipeline in proportion to the water level increase. It enables water to be easily drained to the main gutter.
Even flooded roof remains watertight
The test has been carried out by wind and rain simulation on the surface of 80 square meters. Riverclack® sheets, 0.7 mm thick, were exposed to extreme weather conditions simulation. A ventilator simulates air current of 120kph and set of sprayers, positioned 20 cm from one another produce 150 mm of rainfall per second.
The system is fully walkable
Load tests have been carried out on a 0.7mm th. aluminium Riverclack® sheet using a rubber-clad piston designed to simulate human foot traffic. Either dynamic or static-dynamic tests have demonstrated product high performances. RIVERCLACK roof system can be safely and fully walked up and down.
Bending
Sheets at least 4 meters long can be bent with a shorter bending radius, using a bending machine
A wide range of available materials
Aluminium (alloy 5754), copper, stainless steel and zinc are long-lasting materials used in Riverclack®. Aluminium (alloy 5754) stands out as the most resistant to acid rain.
